  DAY 3 - Team Building exercise @ Singapore Beach  After breakfast, pickup around 930am from the hotel for Team Building exercises,

The term "Team Building" has been used to cover a wide variety of exercises,
One of as bellow  Name : ORGANIZING EXTREME CHALLENGE
Start of the race.
*Note: All teams will start at an interval of between 5/10 minutes.
a) (Task 1): Start at the Water rafting briefing hut. Team will proceed running towards storage area to collect equipment for canoeing. Team need to carry the canoe with paddles to the pond.
b) (Task 2): Upon completion of Task 1. The team will then be issued with life jackets. Team will then proceed to collect flag placed at middle of the pond according to the team color. After they collect the flag, the team had to place the canoe back at the area they had collected.
c) (Task 3): Upon completion of Task 2, team will run towards the high ropes area and complete 2 high elements. They will been briefed on safety equipment belaying procedure. Only 3 members from the team to perform this task.
d) (Task 4): Upon completion of Task 3, team have to carry a team member who so called injured and need to bring the victim to the starting point (Water rafting briefing hut). Equipment will be provided. The team must build their stretcher with items given.
e) (Task 5): Upon completion of Task 4, the teams need to peel off 5 coconuts. Only a piece of metal given for peeling. Teams are not allowed to use any other material to peel the coconut.
f) (Task 6): Upon completion of Task 5, team will proceed to the flying fox tower. Here they have to take turn to shoot the target use paintball marker. Each team will be given 35 pallets. (5 pallets each person) The teams that manage to shoot highest targets will gain bonus point. Team will then run towards the Drum storage hut and perform the next task.
g) (Task 7): Once reaching the drum storage hut, each team will be required to accumulate 20 worm each. Teams have to find their way to dig earth.  You have to used your own intelligent and No tools will be provided in this Station Later will have to run back to the finish line to complete the challenge. Time will be taken when the last team member cross the finishing line.  Expected Time Finish (ETF) for the whole team is about 2.5 hours. Team will be replenished with mineral water at Finishing line and Ropes Course.

Note: 1. No water station, each participant will be provided 1 mineral water.
2. Winning team will be decided by shortest time taken to complete the whole task.
3. Point will be deducted base on failure of individual/team to complete each task.                                               later return to hotel around 930pm

DAY 03 SINGAPORE JURONG BIRD PARK          Penguin Wonderland (New)                After breakfast, we bring  you to Jurong Bird Park which is a 20.2 hectare open-concept park and is the largest in Asia Pacific called the best in the world! Its collection of more than 8,000 birds from 600 species is among the largest in the world. The latest attraction for children is Penguin Exhibit, close to 100 penguins ‘flying’ underwater through a 30-meter long window. Watch our five species of swim in a large pool set against a landscape of rocks, cliffs, nesting alcoves and burrows. Jurong Bird Park is the 1st to offer a chance to meet over 5000 bird in open concept and you can touch you meet & greet your favorite birds without any obstacle or barriers. DAY-04 CITYTOUR / Shopping / SINGAPORE Night tour                  
breakfast pickup around 930am from the hotel, A tour through the city which is bound to dazzle, Singapore is an amazing city to discover, numerous museums, parks, shopping areas, old and new Singapore,  The tour will start from Boat Quay which are set along the  Singapore River by   Hippo River Cruise, The cruise passes by many grand old bridges of diverse designs decorated with quaint old lamps of a bygone era, Be the inspire by an incredible microcosm of a nation's life and time, a rich kaleidoscope of cultures and heritage, a colourful potpourri of stories and anecdotes. Sail from the past, to the present and into the future with us. Through the journey Admire magnificent colonial government buildings of both side of the river that reflect Singapore's colonial heritage. The Cruise will go through by Boat Quay, Clarke Quay, Robertson Quay and Marina Bay, Further up at the mouth of the river is the famous Merlion Park which displays the well-known icon of the island state.   After the Journey of cruise we will bring you Clark Quay, the Parliament House, Supreme Court and City Hall. Also there stands a statue of Singapore’s founder, Stamford Raffles, which was cast in dark bronze by Thomas Woolner, in front of the Victoria Theatre.  There is another replica at North Boat Quay, which used to be known as Raffles Landing Site .later back to hotel. In the evening Pickup around 6pm, for Singapore Night Our Night tour will start from Esplande and opposite Marina Bay sand  for photo shoot, Later we move to Boat Quay here you will be under the sky high Buildings from one corner to another, the reflection of  lights from high rise building’s will give you breathtaking view, other side Singapore Flyer, Esplanade, is show a Singapore's illuminated skyline, enjoy  spectacular outlook  by Changing lights Beautifully, along the river  you can find the dozens of fine dine restaurants offer western, Japanese, Chinese, Arabs and  local ethnic dishes, Evening time when the neon lights beckon, colourful facades and playful thematic restaurants turn the whole area into the River's most appealing pedestrian walk.
